But when we get back to the States (and figure out where we'll live - will depend on my job) we will look for a fairly modern home. He's adamant that we get something recently constructed while I would prefer older construction that's had time to flush out its troubles. A remodeled barn would be a great compromise and we've talked about looking for such a thing! Good luck with your dreaming!
