These are fun to look at and to fantasize about, but not very realistic for me. If you had a family of ten, with plenty of help to keep it clean, then maybe. There is nothing wrong with a big home, but it seems to me that it should be designed to meet the needs of the family living in it.

I think my house would fit into just one room in one of those houses. I’m ok with small, but I’d like a pool or private beach.

Sometimes I want a house like these, but then I think about how I'm usually too lazy to get up from my bed on the second floor and walk down one flight of stairs to the fridge on the first floor, and I just know I couldn't handle a house that size. I agree with Sarah — the first thing I thought of was how could I ever CLEAN all that space! I would love a big kitchen and a media room would be neat. But other than that, I don’t know that I’d even want a home that large. But if I HAD to take it, I’d probably find a way to survive.
