I bought this handbag and it really is ideal for each working day use, not too massive, not very heavy, and it holds everything I will need for the working day. Fits properly around the shoulder, as well. The only dilemma is the fact that the prime zipper sticks a bit if it goes again to far. Alas, I am not. I ended up making my own. I bought a cheap convertible style bag from Target and ripped it apart to use as a pattern. Then I went out and found really cute oil cloth that was more my style and made my own. (I did use the Target bag for a while before I ripped it up!) Good luck on your search.
