Monthly Archives: February 2011 Yesterday was so surreal. Throughout the day I just kept thinking about what I was doing on this date in 2010. For example, at 5:00 am, I was having my first labor pains. At 9:00 am I had my epidural. At 1:30 pm I started pushing and at 3:41 pm, Henry was born. Totally mindboggling...  I did it, I decorated cupcakes for the first time. Don’t believe me? Here, see for yourself: They’re pretty cute, if I do say so myself. Let me show you just how easy these little owls were to make. First, bake lots of yummy cupcakes. I used chocolate. I made an entire batch from scratch...  I know, I know, I’ve been totally MIA this week. It’s already Thursday for heaven’s sake! But I have a good excuse. Well, I think it’s good anyway. Henry is turning one next week which means that we’ve been busy getting ready for that.
