Today that consisted of staying snug and warm in the house while the inch of ice that covered the ground outside tried to melt. It would have been a perfect day,... I want to write about something today that’s near and dear to my heart: my stomach. You see, I am living with IBS and have been for years. And no, IBS does not stand for Insanely Beautiful Skin (I wish) or Itchy Back Sores (thank goodness). It stands for Irritable Bowel Syndrome. Doesn’t sound much... So the CPA and I were watching TV last night when a memory foam mattress commercial came on.
